TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 2010

Minutes of a Reorganization Meeting, followed by a Regular Meeting of the Jefferson Township Planning Board, pursuant to due notice and in compliance with the Sunshine Law.

Municipal Building, Jefferson Township, at 7:30 PM.

REGULAR MEETING:

DISCUSSION

Request extension of Approval

 

Mr. Michael John Rowland, Esq. is present representing the applicant.

 

Mr. Ken Dykstra, P.E. engineer for the applicant is present and sworn in.   

 

Mr. Kienz stated the approval was for a Minor Subdivision and a Preliminary Major Site Plan with variances in February 2007.  The Minor Subdivision has been perfected but need more time for the site plan.

 

Mr. Dykstra stated this is due to the conditions of the market and in order to secure financing you have to have tenants in place and at this time it isn?t feasible.  We are seeking a two-year extension of the approval.

 

Mr. Kienz stated you are entitled to a one-year extension.  Also, noted for the record that there are no members of the public present.

 

Ms. Meyer stated the resolution was approved in March 2007.

 

Mr. Deutsch moved to approve the one-year extension.  Mr. Mikowski seconded the motion.

 

In Favor:        Mr. Mikowski, Mr. Palko, Mr. Deutsch, Deputy Chief Craig, Mr. Hine, and Vice Chairman Mitchko.

 

Abstain:          Councilwoman Merz.

 

RESOLUTION

 

Green Vision Development LLP                  No. 10-01        Block 363, Lots 4 & 7?Forest Ridge Ter.

Mr. Palko moved to approve the resolution.  Councilwoman Merz seconded the motion.

 

In Favor:        Councilwoman Merz, Mr. Mikowski, Mr. Palko, Deputy Chief Craig, Mr. Hine and Vice Chairman Mitchko.

 

 

Berkshire Management, LLC                      No. 05-09        Block 250, Lots 14 & 14.03?Rte 15 South

                                                                                                Request extension of approvals

 

Councilwoman Merz moved to approve the resolution.  Mr. Palko seconded the motion.

 

In Favor:        Councilwoman Merz, Mr. Mikowski, Mr. Palko, Deputy Chief Craig, Mr. Hine and Vice Chairman Mitchko.

            Mr. Mikowski moved to approve the minutes.  Mr. Palko seconded the motion.

            Mr. Mikowski moved to adjourn at 8:45 PM.

            Vice Chairman Mitchko seconded the motion.
