Please be advised of the following conditions

1. All credit card transactions will be charged a 2.50% service fee by a third party vendor.
   There is no service charge for ACH transactions.

2. All payments recieved after 3:00 PM will be posted as of the next business day.

3. Late payments due to incorrect banking/credit-card information will be charged the appropriate late 
    fees.

4. Please print your reciept at the end of the transaction if you have not entered a valid email address.
