11th Annual Jefferson 5K Race/Walk Memorial Wrobo Run
October 04, 2009 The Junior Woman's Club of Jefferson Township is proud to announce this year's Memorial Wrobo Run: The 11th Annual 5K Race/Walk on Sunday, October 4, 2009. This year, the proceeds of the Race will be donated to the Veterans Hospital in East Orange, where Veterans, many from Jefferson Township, obtain medical care. The Juniors will also be using 10% of the race proceeds to benefit our high school scholarship fund. The race begins at 9am rain or shine. Registration can be completed by mail, online (www.active.com id=1768489), or same day starting at 7:30am. Location is the Jefferson Township Municipal Building. Our open course is wheel measured and USATF Certified. Timing/Scoring will be done by Compuscore. Awards will be given in many categories. There will be a 50/50 raffle.
