This high-energy class features cardio kickboxing combos and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. It really is the ultimate cardio kickboxing party! It’s also a great way to create a strong community of support, camaraderie, and fitness breakthroughs. This class will be taught by Sarah Langan, a health, fitness and nutrition coach with a certified personal trainer certificate. She is a full-time special education teacher in Paterson, loves to craft and assist brides on their wedding day, and a new mom. Participants should bring a bottle of water and a towel to each class. Maximum of 24 students per session.
