Two levels


Beginner Level

Wednesdays, September 15 through October 20 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Students will be instructed in one of the oldest styles of yoga -- the Hatha style by certified instructor Kristine Wilsusen. Learn yoga postures, principles of safe alignment, and breathing technique -- open to new beginners, those with limited yoga experience, or anyone just wanting to take it slow and steady. While doing these gentle poses, you’ll naturally increase flexibility, release tension, and build mental clarity. All students should bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks (optional), and a bottle of water to each session.

$21.00 per person, for a 6-week session

Mixed Level

Students of either one or both classes will be instructed in one of the oldest styles of yoga -- the Hatha style by certified instructor Julie Mastricola. A comprehensive, balanced class with a steady and relaxed flow will be offered in this Intermediate Class. Explore traditional yoga postures with basic to challenging options, and emphasis on safe alignment, breath, meditation, and guided relaxation techniques. All students should bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks (optional), and a bottle of water to each session.

September 6 through October 11 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. No class on June 28th.

Wednesdays

September 8 through October 13 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
