Camp Jefferson Summer Day Camp offers its campers a variety of off-site trips to exciting venues each week. All trips are totally optional and incur additional fees to participate in order to cover admission and busing costs. The price of trips vary based on the venue and travel distance.
The deadline to sign up for any off-site trip (as well as any week of camp and all associated options) will always be two tuesdays before the beginning of the camp week you want your child to attend.
For example, The deadline to choose Week 1- June 24 through June 26 and any options will be Tuesday, June 9 at 11:59 pm. Options include:
Additional trips may be added, and all trips are subject to cancellation and/or changes. All trip reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis contingent on available bus seats. The Camp reserves the right to create a waiting list should there be cancellations and/or the possibility of hiring an additional bus.
Camp Jefferson Summer Day Camp reserves the right to close out registration for any trip when the Camp Bus and rental buses are full or a Camper’s registration is late. When anticipated bus capacity is reached, campers will be placed on a wait list which will be reviewed daily; and if a trip wait list reaches a minimum of 22 campers, most likely another bus will be reserved and these campers will be released from the wait list, parents can pay the trip fees, and these campers will be able to attend.
