Ballots have been mailed to registered voters.
If you have not received a ballot, please call the County Clerk’s Office at 973-285-6120.
The drop box has been installed – located to the left of the entrance to the municipal building.
Voters may place their completed ballots in the box.
Voters must place the ballot in the postage paid envelope.
Voters do not have to wait until November 3rd to use the drop box.

POLLING HOURS: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Voting will be conducted primarily by paper ballot, similar to the July 2020 Primary Election, per Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 177.
What if I want to vote in person on Election Day?
Jefferson will have one polling location, in the underclassmen cafeteria at Jefferson Township High School. In-person voting at the polling location will be via paper Provisional Ballot.
Social distancing will be enforced at the polling location. Please wear a mask and be prepared to wait in line.
Will I be able to vote on a machine?
Individuals with disabilities who are unable to fill out a paper ballot will have access to ADA-conforming voting at the polls.
